Rene.. I know you are always looking to find ways to improve ScriptLance.. 
and I am sure ScriptLance can do a lot better if you can address the payment and support issues.
I really do not get what your point is.. Yes I am almost exclusively working with ScriptLance and that will make me feel more frustrated when my withdrawal is delayed or my support ticket is not answered for several days.. don't you agree? 
I am really sorry to note this delay with your withdrawal Gannedy and can understand the frustration this is causing you. The withdrawals and support systems at ScriptLance really need some serious make over. I hope Rene and his team find a solution to these issues before it is too late.
There are too many complaints against ScriptLance for delaying withdrawal requests. In fact I too had a request processed on 8th business day during this December. But here I like to share my experience that I had yesterday when my withdrawal request was processed within 10 mins... !! I could not believe my eyes and had to log into my Moneybookers account to verify that the funds have actually been transferred. I hope this is a positive change and all future withdrawals will be processed quickly and without any delays.
