New buyers should be measured the same way

If there's a new buyer in SL without any feedback or previous project, how is fair that it just comes in and ask for the project for ONLY VERIFIED freelancers? I believe that if a buyer is asking for only verified freelancers, s/he should be verified as well, that put everything in balance.

I also believe that these "Verified Only" projects should meet some minimum budget requirement.

Yes, you are correct.
Also, Verify fees should be waive for providers as buyers at month end. Providers are as equally important as buyers. what is the meant of paying extra $5. Really it is ridiculous.
