All projects must be pre-paid + compensation

All projects must be prepaid, so that no buyer can fraud to any programmer. And If the buyer will not contact for more thane 4 to 5 days after completion of project then, some amount will be deducted from that pre-paid balance and will be paid to the programmer as compensation.

This is unrealistic as most buyers will not commit to paying funds in advance. Although we have added the project escrow option, which will soon promoted for projects as well as contests.
