I can't open a ticket for cancellation. your form freezes and won't let me submit
Here is my dispute since I can't email you directly or have a form submitted. Very frustrating working with your company. Programmer does not respond. Programmer has not done any tasks on my list to completion and has actually made one task worse than it was. Programmer promised 8 hour turn around. Despite my saying he could have more time he said not to worry he would get it done fast and correct within the following day. Yesterday (that day)no communication since the morning when he said he had completed 3 tasks on the projest list and would let me know in one hour what those were and I could then see them on the site. Never heard back since then and can't find any evidence that those tasks were actually done. I have to ask how is it that I get two messed up programmers in a row. I did my due diligence with them and they seemed the real mcCoy. I truly like the concept of your company and maybe this is a real fluke and I am willing ot try again but I can't afford to get tied up waiting for this and that resolution. I need my project completed properly. I have all the information (emails explaining things) to show that my project is clear and consise and there can be no confusion or misunderstanding about just what the tasks are. I will be happy to show you the same so you know I am not the culprit here. These two programmers it seems were not capable of the job at hand or bit off more than they could chew. That is not for me to determine since they bid on a job that I am clueless about the programming otherwise I'd do it myself so all I can do is give them the project information as clearly a possible and when they say they understand well my job is done!!! I want this job cancelled and move forward finding yet another programmer. Also please get rid of this programmer entirely as apparently he did this before already. thanks
