Display all dates in user's local time zone?

This can be achieved by either replacing the EST time, or by displaying local time on mouseover, or by displaying one below the other.

This feature has been implemented now. You can set your time zone in your account settings. All dates and times on the site will appear in your local time zone. The server EST time zone is still available when you hover your mouse cursor over any date.

It would be also good to display time difference for local user and the webmaster who have posted the project
