chat box needed most importantly

Need the chat box more importantly to chat with the buyer, it would not able to keep the information, which generally user and buyer did on skype or gmail through chat, which would them easy to understand the task but also SL have to lost their commission if they agreed to work through paypal

a live chat session b/w buyer and programmer would be efficient instead of sending messages and waiting for minutes for reply.

SL doesn't lose commision if buyer/programmer go directly through Paypal or any other form of direct payment.

Chat wouldn't affect commissions any more than email would, just a better way to communicate once a programmer is selected, which in my opinion is highly necessary in order to get jobs completed on time and also so that the programer has a better understanding of the job requirements. I would love to see a skype-like chat implemented through Scriptlance, I wish more people would vote on this one.

Why not just add AJAX update/sounds to existing PMB?

There are many sites those provides the same chat facility .
this is an a efficient way to communicate fast with each other. 
The chat session can also be monitored like PMBs so there will be no issue for commission loss for SL.
