When Anyone Sign Out.A Box will Ask A Reason or A Mood Message (read details)

Hi
I have found A Great idea for Some Time programmer is offline for Sleeping
Then Buyer Only Message him
And On time it Cancelled
And when programmer wake up he see Buyer mailed Him a Lot of time and then He cancelled the project


And some time programmer Go For A Visit Or He maybe offline for 3-4 days
then if He Write There that "I will be offline for more then 2-3 days"
Then Buyer will see the His Mood Message So he will wait or Some Time A Buyer hire A person but don't replay for A Lot of Reason and never accepted The project
and the buyer wait
IDEA That required
1)A Mood or Write option And A Time option  while sign-out
2)As Edit time
3)when i am going sign-out it will ask to write anything And Select A Time The Duration When he will come
4)Will help the buyer to understand his problem why he don't responding :)
