remove 0.02 cents invite cost for invitations

Now it's restricted at 10 invites max and extra invites are 2 cents.

I can't see Scriptlance making much money out of charging 2 cents per extra invite, and it also stops the buyer from getting more bids in. 

Posted a private project today and started inviting. I realized i was restricted to 10 invites. Well that was no good and additional invites were 2 cents. I'm certified member with several hundred feedback but account balance was zero so I was asked to deposit money to do more invites. So I just went to freelancer and did business there.

If you were charging "per lead" i can understand but these are not leads, these are just simple project invites, makes no sense to charge a fee for this. Thank you
