Files should not be deleted when bid won and accepted
Presently when a programmer accepts a bid. The files attached to the project page get deleted.
These files should either remain on the page for atleast a day or 2.
The other option can be that these files be mailed as attachments along with the project begins email.

I think the files need to be there until the project is close, in that moment SL can delete all the attachments.

Not anymore. Files are now kept on the project for several weeks, until the files are no longer being downloaded by anyone.

I may have downloaded the files when project was posted. But there is a time gap between that and me accepting the project.
Files do get deleted from the project as soon as we accept the project bid won notification.
Please email the files along with the "Scriptalnce project begins" email.
