After reading all of the negitive comments I don't think I should use this site, a few programers are practicly beging for the upfront cost, I feel uncomfortable with this watererd down verison of Guru that does little to protect the buyer.

Take a look at scriptlance.com/reviews/ and you will see that more than 97% of users are happy with their projects. The negative reviews you see online are from the very few, yet very loud minority, who's projects fail, often due to communication issues.
