After 10 days scriptlance support not able to resolve rating dispute

Its more than 10 days but scriptlace support staff espcially emilly still asking me for more evidence. I have a solid proof that buyer is a lier but support still asking for more information.

10 days?? jajaja you know? I have an open case with the same arguments like you with solid proofs 3 MONTHS!!! and nothing....

if you are sure that you are right and you are a good programmer then you should not bother about your ratings.You are in open market where if you are skilled then buyers will follow you scriptlance is just a service provider .Go and explore the open market.
