Withdrawal should be completed on time. If you say 3 days it should be in 3 days.

Most of the time SL make delays to process withdrawal request. I think this need to be checked ASAP.
When it comes to withdrawals, Scriptlance is the WORST freelance site. I have a Payoneer withdawal which has been pending for SIX BUSINESS DAYS. Other sites pay you exactly when they say they will pay. Not Scriptlance. I seriously regret doing business with this site. I think their actions are beginning to border on scam.

I am very unhappy.. My balance moved on Freelancers and I tried to make a withdrawal but its delayed about 15 days.It says "For security reasons your first withdrawal can take up to 15 days to complete. " This is really bad, its because this is not my first withdrawal since I made many before on Scriptlance! I asked to support team and they said " this is your first withdrawal on Freelancers, so its normal". I will open a ticket and wait...

I do agree that Scriptlance withdrawal service and helpdesk response regarding withdrawal queries is WORST. My withdrawal issue is pending from 30 DAYS and still I am waiting from satisfied response from Scriptlance. Even $5719 have been deducted from my account ... I am really worried ... all my plans are being suffered due to this abnormal delay.
$5719? Five thousand? If you're withdrawing to Payoneer their debit cards have a limit of I think $2500 at any given time, so be careful, Payoneer may reject such a large transaction. If money is deducted from the account then its on its way to your account.

Last payment I got got processed in 6 days :( better than last year, but still... anyways, good luck, buddy!
Don't panic. $2500 is Payoneer daily spending limit. Partner loads are likely limited by max card capacity only which is $10000 by the way.
Good to know that, thanks.
Hi all,
Gennady Kovshenin  I requested bank wire withdrawal, and still I neither get any reply from Scriptlance nor amount in my bank account. I am in trouble due to SL delays...
Our problems are fixed!! Freelancer.com bought scriptlance!!
Oh, no. Despite Freelancer.com surely keeps its word about withdrawal processing time, it's most horrible freelancer site otherwise.

Locking freelancer accounts for *verification* at the moment freelancer requested money withdrawal? Asking for user photos with ID in one hand and stupid number in the other? Locking ANY of freelancer withdrawals just because they *suspect* ONE of his customers made a fraudulent deposit 3 months ago?

Not even mentioning 2.3% deposit fees which are restricted by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, etc.

Oh, no no no.

If you are like you said you dont have problems, I pass all his controls and my money is sended to my card ON TIME.
And here is the same or worst scenario you mention...
You mean it's not a big deal to wait 2-4 weeks while they *verify* you or your customer with whom you had a project long time ago?
I mean I dont have problems there like in SL, his controls are better than here, his support is better, they use his head. They dont block your account because in your profile you put your capital city and a lot of etc I suffer here...
In all the marketplaces is the same, is the little "cost" for this kind of job.
Anyways send a copy of national ID and photo dont take me more than 5 minutes, and its only requested at the first time.
And you need to define "long time ago", both are already verified? both had previous payments before?? both have payment methods verified??both have worked before in freelancer? I have all of these and I dont have any problem since of beginning. Maybe you have bad luck..
Maybe. And maybe you had a good luck for now.
Yes, me and the customer were working previously via the Freelancer.com. We both never previously passed the verification but does it matter at all?
The suspected deposit was made something like month before I tried to withdraw money. Without any notice they removed my withdrawal request. I added another one and they removed it too. After contacting the support and asking what the hell is going on they answered it must be resolved by the customer. They didn't even answer which customer for the first time.
Well, contacted the customer and no surprise he had no idea. Luckily he was willing to cooperate, contacted the support and after 2 weeks they leave us alone. But what if not? What if the client simply disappeared or refused to help with that?
During that time I can't withdraw any money, even those received from other clients.
Although they promised to put my withdrawal back once resolved, no surprise that they didn't even notify me and I have to ask myself.
Is it a kind of business at all?

Freelancer.com is one of the best sites you can work on Scriptlance.com programmers got lucky i have been working on both sites there is a huge difference b/w freelancer and scriptlance and yes the withdrawal is definitely much more better on freelancer they have 24x7 live support also tickets are replied in minutes not in 24 hours and much more :) you can withdraw twice a week and withdrawals are completed on time as written on your financial account Good luck to every one
You wrote this:
"We both never previously passed the verification but does it matter at all? "
You are kidding me right? so both of you dont meet with the sites requirements and want the payment with no problems????? thats funny...

You wrote this:
" What if the client simply disappeared or refused to help with that? "
Aja.. so you take/accept projects from people with no payment method verified? I never do that.. so you take project with no escrow previously to accept it? Freelancer support that option... SL no..

So I think the problem is: you dont read the site rules!! and take sometime to plan your strategy to work in that place. With that politics freelancer assure to you then you dont will be scammed...in my point of view.
Mario!

Where in the Freelancer.com's rules it is stated that developer or customer must pass the verification before having a project on the site? How on Earth can I pass it at the moment I want it and not at the moment they locked my account? You're cooking up new "rules" just like Freelancer.com support did when they said affiliates can't have projects with each other on their site (that's another issue I had during a very short period of time). Go figure where there is such a weird rule in their terms & conditions. Nowhere!

As for the customer, I'm not sure what "payment verified" means exactly on Freelancer.com (and I can't find a clear explanation in their docs, can you?). I received payments from the customer previously and later with no problem.

So, this is not me who got scammed, I just suffered from their feudal way of doing things and decided to go back to Scriptlance.

To close the subject, I just wanted to warn everybody that Freelancer.com have problems and catches worse than withdrawal delays. If you believe that your luck will save you from that, then go on your luck.

Sorry now I need to do your research job??
Delays in payments can appears in ANY website, not only in freelancer, I only said in that site I never suffer the same like here, where EVERY time I put a withdraw SL takes the time he wants...
Freelancer dont said you: dont accept projects from non verfied members. I dont do that or I take my owns security decisions and for me, works.
Use freelancer support to obtain more info about your doubts, I expend some time reading his FAQs helps, blog post and etc
Anyways you are free to work there or in other place. Good luck to you too.

No, you don't have to do a research for me))) There is no rule restricting affiliates from having projects with each other. I read those rules 10 times just to find out they simply lie to me.

I worked with the customer for more than a year here on Scriptlance and then about a month on Freelancer.com. If this is what you call "non verfied member", then what "verified member" stands for?

They simply were removing my withdrawal request w/o a notification to me or to the customer. Do you call such a behavior "Delays in payments"?

Uhmmm.. you really check it?? in the front page of EACH project there you will see 3 littles icons at left side of the employer name, put your mouse OVER each one and READ, at the same way in each page profiles you will see the same info.
If you work here with that buyer for what reason you move to freelancer without know how that website works??
For your others questions, thats matter of freelancer and you, not mine, so if you dont like it dont work in that place.
For me this thread is clossed.
Yes, of course I know those icons and I read the tooltip saying "Indicates if the user is: Payment Verified, Email Verified, Profile Verified". So what does "Payment Verified" mean exactly?

I moved to Freelancer.com because it seemed better for working to regular customers (it has "horly rate" project type and some invoicing system). Of course, I didn't have an idea they used to treat users as rightless animals. Can you imagine, they don't write it on the front page?)))

If you don't like Scriptlance withdrawal delays and like Freelancer.com so much, why did you stay on Scriptlance here until now?

Really? You see that as good news!!
ScriptLance.com were delaying withdrawals and also their support needed attention. But I know for sure Feelancer.com is worse. Their support behaves like bots not humans. They cook new rules on the fly. I am really confused whether I should continue my ScriptLance account throuugh Freelancer.com or should I find some other site.
