90 days withdrawal limitation for new programmers is really problem for us. We work so hard and we get paid after 90 days??? You can use some other kind of verification methods.

This security measure it meant to prevent fraud and only affects new freelancers during their first 90 days on the site. The limit can be avoided on a case by case basis by contacting support and verifying your account.
