Not anymore. Files are now kept on the project for several weeks, until the files are no longer being downloaded by anyone.

Reviews are left in place on cancelled projects on a case by case basis, as decided by SL staff.

This feature has been implemented now. You can set your time zone in your account settings. All dates and times on the site will appear in your local time zone. The server EST time zone is still available when you hover your mouse cursor over any date.

I agree. We are working on this.

Verified members get detailed stats for their shared files and can see and request payment scores. More features and policy changes affecting verified members are coming, but I can't discuss them now. Stay updated on the blog.

But how do they verify buyers? What you described is done by us too, but does not reduce the risk of payment reversals enough.

The program is in demand by buyers and beneficial to freelancers. It is improving the quality of work. The monthly fees are funding the creation of new features available only to verified members.

So unfortunately not all ideas will be implemented just because they are popular. Should we offer SL completely for free if that idea became most popular?
