Yes I am having the same problem. Buyers upload files, but because of download issue I can't download them and as a result I have to lose the project. So please fix it. It always happens with doc, docx, ppt etc. I tried to change the browser, clear cookies but the result is always same. Some files don't open even in google doc too. So there is no way to check the attached files.
