Can you consider making the milestone and escrow deposit process like on Freelancer? If you have time, please check it out, it's a really excellent process. Buyers know what to do right away after they select the programmer. It's way too confusing here as milestones get setup and approved even without them being funded and so the milestone serves no purpose if it's not even funded.
