Responding to my complaint 2 months later is hardly good service. SL had all my documentation two years ago and were not asking for additional.
I haven't had the problem since I posted this email, but the service I received is not acceptable for as loyal of client as I have been.
The response from support is we will hold deposits sometimes and there is no way around it. Please review the business model and see if there is some way to expedite the approval process for trusted members.
