How do they verify buyers and freelancers?
This security measure it meant to prevent fraud and only affects new freelancers during their first 90 days on the site. The limit can be avoided on a case by case basis by contacting support and verifying your account.
Interesting.

The verified program is a monthly subscription offering ongoing benefits to buyers and freelancers. It is more than just one-time verification. Until we offer an alternative monthly plan (might be coming soon), the verified program will remain as an affordable monthly plan (vs $25 certified program).
Instant withdrawals are very difficult to achieve, due to risks of fraud. That being said, we will look into the feasibility of implement this.
We are actively discussing withdrawal issues within the staff team, now more than ever. Solutions will be coming soon to further improve the speed of withdrawals. Including a more efficient system of pre-approving buyers and their payments, a major source of delays, without sacrificing security. Updates will be posted on the ScriptLance blog.

What if a logo design project has a minimum budget of $100? Shouldn't a freelancer be allowed to bid $50? Buyers are not always good at determining max cost of project. Are they any better at determining min cost?
It's an interesting idea, not allowing bids below the project minimum budget (only when a min is set). But aren't there cases where valid bids could be placed below the minimum budget? Isn't it fair to allow freelancers to bid as low as they want?
There are many for and against this feature. It would help to hear some comments from both sides... thanks.
