After reading all of the negitive comments I don't think I should use this site, a few programers are practicly beging for the upfront cost, I fell uncomfortable with this watererd down verison of Guru

All projects must be pre-paid + compensation
All projects must be prepaid, so that no buyer can fraud to any programmer. And If the buyer will not contact for more thane 4 to 5 days after completion of project then, some amount will be deducted from that pre-paid balance and will be paid to the programmer as compensation.

This is unrealistic as most buyers will not commit to paying funds in advance. Although we have added the project escrow option, which will soon promoted for projects as well as contests.

Team option for programmer account
Team option for programmer account, so 4 friends can share the same programmer account username & reviews , one of them is primary programmer and the others are secondary programmers , each one of them has its own password . scriptlance can take fees for this option
to add secondary programer to the Team account , the primary buyer(account owner) must accept him.
