I have found A Great idea for Some Time programmer is offline for Sleeping
Then Buyer Only Message him
And On time it Cancelled
And when programmer wake up he see Buyer mailed Him a Lot of time and then He cancelled the project


And some time programmer Go For A Visit Or He maybe offline for 3-4 days
then if He Write There that "I will be offline for more then 2-3 days"
Then Buyer will see the His Mood Message So he will wait or Some Time A Buyer hire A person but don't replay for A Lot of Reason and never accepted The project
and the buyer wait

The user's local currency could be approximated and shown on mouseover, or under dollar amount.

This would allow you to display a status message on your profile (like on social media sites). You could post things like away messages announcing when you will be back online (after sleep, vacation, illness, etc). Your status message could also be shown to other users when they send you a message, or directly in their news feed if you are on their favorites list.

The status message should come with privacy options, allowing you decide who will see it (public, favorite users only, etc).

it's very irritating that I need to log into scriptlance to see every message sent to me from a developer, especially if Im trying to use my phone to check emails. 

The full messages should be included in the email notification sent to me when a new PMB or private message is sent to my inbox. 

I am trying to deposit money to hire more programmers, but Scriptlance is holding it and will not give me a way to deposit money instantly or have a quick review process.
