Please remove the system of charging fee at starting of project & apply it when the project is completed.

When any programmer is awarded with the project he may be alerted with an SMS on his/her mobile to attend/accept the project. Whenever any programmer/buyer receives any mail he may be alerted that he/she has received a mail from so and so user. 

All project when awarded should contain complete buyer information and not just email. Sometimes buyers do not respond after project award and waste time. They do not respond to email and coder has no other mean to contact them.

In support comments for an open case the actual room 100 chars I think is too little the most of the times, can you add more chars? 200-300?

And it might also be a good idea to allow only users with >= 5 SL feedback to vote on an entry. This would discourage other users that creates another account just to vote up their own entry.

i guess an api access for scriptlance will be helpful . From chrome ,firefox to iphone android , it can be made more accessible and automated notifications reach faster. 

My funds are stuck in escrow - the web page will not let me send the funds and 'pay' my programmer.  It is like the webpage or site is not working properly. 

By Mistakenly some new buyers were changed there project as Private, There should be some suggestion to buyer before making it
