Withdrawal should be completed on time. If you say 3 days it should be in 3 days.
Most of the time SL make delays to process withdrawal request. I think this need to be checked ASAP.

Withdrawal should be completed instantly.
We the programmers work so hard to earn money but when we place withdrawal request, it takes several days to reach the money. Sl should take whatever verification is required but complete the withdraw instantly.

Instant withdrawals are very difficult to achieve, due to risks of fraud. That being said, we will look into the feasibility of implement this.
We are actively discussing withdrawal issues within the staff team, now more than ever. Solutions will be coming soon to further improve the speed of withdrawals. Including a more efficient system of pre-approving buyers and their payments, a major source of delays, without sacrificing security. Updates will be posted on the ScriptLance blog.

Message box should be "INBOX" & "SENT". The present message box is very confusing. The Inbox defaultly displayed in yellow color. It can be kept in dim color. Only when some message is received, it can be highlighted in Yellow.

Display all dates in user's local time zone?
This can be achieved by either replacing the EST time, or by displaying local time on mouseover, or by displaying one below the other.

This feature has been implemented now. You can set your time zone in your account settings. All dates and times on the site will appear in your local time zone. The server EST time zone is still available when you hover your mouse cursor over any date.

Programmer should not suffer after escrow is released
It happens often that project is posted escrow is placed project is finished and escrow is released at the time of withdrawal it has been put to hold that until the buyer verifies we cannot process your withdrawal? There should be some better way for this problem
